We deliver orders placed through getritual.co.uk.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders are not dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK delivery

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard delivery: £2.99, estimated delivery within [timeframe]
Express delivery: N/A
Free delivery: on orders over £50

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruption, severe weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to us. We’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout if there is a problem with your address.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at shellmanager1985@gmail.com with your order number.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and the products received. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.

International delivery

We currently deliver to the UK only.

International delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by the destination country.
